  I tempi di ritenzione di questi dati sono: Per quanto riguarda gli invii fatti dai form di 1 anno ed hanno lo scopo di verificare che le email inviate dal form del sito siano realmente giunte nella casella email. Per quanto riguarda le newsletter i dati sono ritenuti fino a revoca da parte del cliente che può in qualsiasi momento disiscriversi o chiedere di essere cancellato (diritto all’oblio) dalle liste a cui volontariamente si era registrato.

Nessuno dei dati fornito volontariamente, viene trasferito in paesi extra UE I dati involontari possono venire invece essere trattati da aziende extra UE che sono in regola con il GDPR, quali ad esempio Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.

Minori di anni 16

Pur non essendoci contenuto vietato ai minori il legislatore indica in 16 anni l'età minima per accettare questa informativa.
